- Execution: Services will be performed as specified in the agreement. Any anticipated delays or issues will be communicated promptly.
Refund Policy
- Managed IT Services: Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. However, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee; if you're not satisfied, we'll work to make it right or provide the service at no charge.
- Prepaid Services: Refunds for prepaid services will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the portion of services rendered.
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as completed cybersecurity assessments, are non-refundable once delivered.
Cancellation Policy
- Ongoing Services: Clients may cancel ongoing services with a 30-day written notice. Services will continue through the notice period, and associated fees will apply.
- Scheduled Services: Cancellations of scheduled services require at least 48 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees.
